Personal and small group training is an individualized approach to overall health and fitness improvement. Our nationally certified trainers will work with you to create a customized workout plan that will help you achieve your desired results in the most efficient and effective way possible.
After completing an Interest Form, you will be matched with a personal trainer based on
your preferences and goals.
Individual Training
Whether you're a beginner looking to kickstart your fitness journey or an experienced athlete aiming to take your performance to the next level, our trainers will create a customized workout plan just for you. Work with a trainer one-on-one to customize and reach your fitness goals.
With the purchase of any session package, you will receive a complimentary fitness assessment. Packages of 3, 6, 9, and 18 sessions will include additional fitness assessments as an added bonus.
Buddy Training
Exercising with a friend not only makes the sessions more enjoyable but also provides an extra level of support and accountability. You, your buddy, and your trainer will push each other to reach new heights, making the entire fitness experience more rewarding.
With the purchase of any session package, you and a buddy will receive a complimentary fitness assessment. Packages of 3, 6, 9, and 18 sessions will include additional fitness assessments as an added bonus. Fitness Assessment
This assessment is designed for anyone interested in learning more about their body. Using bioelectrical impedance technology and other measurements, we will provide you with a comprehensive view of your body composition. Our personal trainers will guide you through the detailed analysis of your body’s fat and muscle, body composition, water levels, skeletal muscle mass, calculated basal metabolic rate, and more.
Rent-A-PT
This is a two-hour pop-up event that happens randomly throughout the semester. During the event, a personal trainer will be available for a FREE 30-minute session tailored to your needs. During these sessions personal trainers can evaluate your form, answer any fitness related questions, or simply help you design your own workout. All participants must fill out medical and informed consent forms prior to participating.
Small Group Training
It doesn’t matter whether you’re just beginning your fitness journey or are 10 years in, our workouts are designed to work at all levels. We offer innovative, high-intensity functional group workouts that are fast, fun, and results-driven. We’re all in it together!
