Residents are automatically registered to receive mail at SandDollar Services, located on the first floor of the University Center.
All resident packages that are delivered through FedEx or UPS are sent to SandDollar$ Services. To ensure proper delivery, please use the following address format. When your package arrives on campus, we will look you up by name and notify you through your Islander email that your package is available for pick up. The customer service window is open Monday-Friday 8:15 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Packages placed on the parcel lockers can be picked up 24/7.
For Miramar residents address format is as follows:*Important note: the unit number listed on your lease is the unit number for Miramar purposes only, not resident mail. Residents must use the unit number given to them by Mail Services for student mail.
Residents receive mail at Momentum Village’s mail stations. UPS and FedEx packages may be sent to the resident and picked up in the office during regular business hours. Upon move-in, students will receive their box number.
