Student Leadership Scholarship: Islander Leadership Scholarship

Eligibility:
- Must be enrolled full-time (12 hours for undergraduate or 9 hours for graduate)
- Must have completed at least one semester at TAMU-CC
- Must have a minimum GPA of 2.75 (undergraduate) or 3.0 (graduate)
- Must have TAMU-CC campus involvement, leadership, and community service experience or for graduate students - a discipline related membership and service.
Honors Program scholarships
The Honors Program at Texas A&M-Corpus Christi offers scholarship opportunities to students. Those wishing to be considered for a scholarship must be admitted to the Honors Program and must submit the Honors Program Scholarship Application by the posted deadline. Athletic Scholarships
Students seeking athletic scholarships should send inquiries to the coach of their intended sport.
National Science Foundation Robert Noyce Scholarship Program
The highly prestigious and nationally recognized Robert Noyce Teacher Scholarship recognizes exceptional students that plan on teaching math or science in a high-need school district with $15,000 per academic year, funded by the National Science Foundation. The scholarship is renewable for up to two years.
*This program is for ANY sophomore and junior STEM majors at TAMU-CC or Del Mar College. You don't have to be part of the College of Education and Human Development to take part.

Qualifications:
- Be an incoming junior at TAMU-CC.
- Be willing to earn their secondary single subject teaching certification in a STEM subject and teach in a secondary (grades 7-12) high-needs school district.
- Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Be a US citizen or lawful permanent resident.
- Provide unofficial transcripts from all colleges or universities attended, and provide two or more recommendations that will be requested directly by email. Noyce Scholar candidates chosen for the program will need to provide official transcripts upon request.
