Piano Celebration Week
Coming This March

For six years, Piano Celebration Week has grown into a cherished musical tradition in Corpus Christi, and this March marks the 6th Annual Piano Celebration Week. Founded in 2018 by visionary piano faculty Dr. Sangmi Lim and Dr. Dino Mulić, this annual celebration has become a vibrant hallmark of spring, drawing pianists, educators, students, families, and music lovers from across the region and beyond to the beautiful Performing Arts Center at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.
Year after year, Piano Celebration Week has expanded not only in size but also in scope. Audiences have delighted in marathon recitals featuring hundreds of student performers, masterclasses with internationally renowned pianists, and innovative musical demonstrations, including remote teaching experiences. The festival’s programs reflect a deep commitment to musical excellence, community engagement, and education for all skill levels.
Children as young as four, pre-college students, university performers, seasoned professionals, and community musicians all find their place in this weeklong celebration of piano artistry. By offering free public concerts, educational events, and performance opportunities, the festival not only showcases talent but nurtures it — inspiring the next generation of pianists and audiences alike.
